the healing power of homoeopathy
Homoeopathy (or Homeopathy) is an holistic and natural complementary therapy. Homoeopathy sees symptoms as a healthy expression of the body's internal imbalance. Homoeopathic remedies work by addressing this imbalance as a whole to boost the body's natural healing abilities, affecting a cure that is gentle and permanent. Homoeopathy is a complementary, not alternative medicine meaning it can be used effectively alongside conventional medicine.
Homoeopathy is commonly used for a number of complaints including: Asthma, eczema, psoriasis and other skin problems, allergies, hay fever, IBS and other digestive complaints, arthritis, recurrent infections, thyroid disorders, menstrual and menopausal problems, migraines and infertility.
Homoeopathy is also great for first aid and short-term problems such as: Colds and flu, coughs, hangovers, bruises, burns, injuries and traumas, sports injuries, slow healing, stings, bites and infections for example tonsillitis, cystitis, conjunctivitis and more.
Stress is another major area where homoeopathy is of particular value for example with: Anxiety, anger, depression, grief, nervousness & phobias (e.g. flying, heights etc), insomnia, low self-confidence, trauma and more. In children it is also used for ADHD, behavioural problems, autism and learning difficulties.
